Privacy policy
Dayshift is made by Kinkade Labs LLC, a California company ("we", "us"). This page says what we collect when you use getdayshift.com and the Dayshift app, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your account. Your name, email address and password (stored hashed), or, if you sign in with Google, the name, email address and profile picture Google shares with us.
- Your business. What you give Dayshift to work with: your website and links, brand details, files you upload, and the plans, ads and posts it makes for you.
- Your connected accounts. When you connect an ad account or social account, the access it needs to post, run ads and read results, and the results themselves (spend, reach, clicks, orders).
- Early-access requests. The email address you give us, and anything you add about your business.
- Usage and logs. Basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and the pages and actions you use, kept to run, secure and fix the service.
How we use it
- To run Dayshift for you: plan, make and run your marketing, and report on it.
- To keep your account secure and the service working.
- To answer you, and to tell you about your account or early-access spot.
- To improve Dayshift. We don't sell your information, and we don't use your business's content to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run Dayshift for us, each under its own terms and only for that purpose:
- Hosting and email: Cloudflare.
- Database: Neon.
- AI models and media: providers such as Anthropic, Google, OpenAI and fal, which process the content Dayshift sends them to make your ads and posts.
- Sign-in: Google, if you choose to sign in with it.
- The platforms you connect: Meta and others, directly or through our posting partner Zernio, to post, run your ads and read your results.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our users or the service.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. When you close it, we delete your account and business content within 30 days, apart from what we must keep by law. Early-access requests are deleted once you join or ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can see and change your account details in the app, disconnect any connected account at any time, and ask us to export or delete your information by writing to support@getdayshift.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights over your information; write to us and we'll help.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, connection tokens are stored encrypted, and access inside our team is limited to what the work needs. No service is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
Children
Dayshift is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app or by email before it takes effect.
